Ogden Park Apartments is 25 units of permanent supportive housing. The development is located at the corner of Marquette and 67th Streets in the West Englewood neighborhood of Chicago. This redevelopment involved the adaptive reuse of a closed convent that formerly was part of St. Brendan’s Parish. This solid three-story red brick structure has been transformed from a congregate facility into 25 studio apartments. All apartments were made accessible with the addition of an elevator that provides access to all three floors including the basement.

The development targets two populations: 1) formerly homeless individuals; and, 2) individuals who are on the Illinois State Referral Network list because they are inappropriately placed in institutions. Onsite social services are being provided by Trilogy, a nonprofit organization with a mission to serve persons with special needs.
