Park Boulevard Apartments Phase 2B provides 108 rental units and includes 37 public housing, 34 affordable and 37 market rate units.  This phase includes a mix of building types, and includes one five-story mid-rise building (72 units) with enclosed parking, two 3 story walk ups (12 flats), all overlooking the park and one 3 story mixed-use building that provides ground floor retail.  Developed in partnership with JLM Investments IIB, LLC, this represents that fourth phase of the redevelopment of the Stateway Gardens public housing site.
