VISION HOUSE, at 514 East 50th Place, was created through a unique partnership between Interfaith Housing, Liberty Baptist Church and Cook County hospital's HIV Primary Care Center and. Provident Hospital. Vision House provides 25 apartments and a full continuum of care to individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS. Liberty Baptist Church provides caring volunteers and Interfaith Housing manages the building. Cook County Hospital offers a broad array of services, including primary, emergency and mental health care. Vision House welcomed its first residents in February, 1997.
